Note yet resolved. Losing the court case will cost Centum KES 5B!!!


Mark you 5B is a huge figure for Centum! Its more than half of Centum's retained earnings accumulated over very many years!!

and subsequently fined kes 50K ONLY by CMA!

As if that was not enough CMA went ahead to appoint Mworia as a member of CMA corporate governance committee. d'oh! SMH! RINK
