Any film photographers in the house?

Which are the best labs in Nairobi to develop?

This is because I recently began doing film photography, and the first test rolls that I gave to a particular developer, the developer messed up the film by exposing it to light while developing.

Luckily those were just test shots, but I would have been in real deep trouble if they were not.

So, which are the most reliable and reputable film development studios? I do not want to have to hope that they will not damage my film, I should know that my film is in safe / professional hands, unlike the first studio that I went to.

I am also looking for the best possible 35mm color negatives, more especially the new fine grain negatives from Kodak, the "Ektar 100" and the "Portra 400".

The only films that I've found in Nairobi so far are:

Kodak Ultramax 400
Kodak Gold 200
Kodak Profoto XL 100
Fuji Pro Plus 100

None of the available films that I've found so far are ideal for high res scanning, unlike the Ektar 100 and the Portra 400, which I'm looking for.

What other films are available in Nairobi?

Worst case scenario would be having to import the professional films.
