Am selling 40X80 plots (with titles) in Ruiru along the eastern bypass. The plots are about 2.5 kms from the tarmac (about 7.5 km from thika rd)and they share a fence with Kenyattas Land.

Selling price is KES 700K.

@theinvestor..i thought from 2011, Thika ministry of lands stopped issuing titles to lands less than 50 x 100? Or yours got titles earlier than 2011?

Thats right @a4architect. Mine were acquired prior to the restriction.

I have priced them competitively due to location, and cost saving (no broker fees) will be passed on to the buyer.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

@ MaichBlack....i hope your question was answered in my previous post.

Mine were subdivided prior to 2011 as such the restriction does not apply to the plots in question.

i also need to add that this price is negotiable...i have 4 remaining. I may also throw in a quantity discount for anyone willing to buy the remaining plots.

7km from thika rd. power, water and public school next to the plot.
but haina title, ina certificate.
any deal?

Pia mimi ninauza plot. 2.5Km from thika road,along southern bypass, 100m from tarmac , size 50X70. Price 2m each. 2 plots adjacent to each other. Already, commercial and rental buildings coming up on adjacent plots. Minimum excavation for foundation.
