Obare looked very comfortable in her heat with Allison Felix, I hope she pulls off an upset and beats her and Pryce in the final, or even the beautiful Ahoure to win it. An African winning the 200M women's final will be EPIC!

Kemboi talks big but always shows up in the big stage, much like Bolt. He's surely the G.O.A.T of steeplechase.I was very much impressed by Obiri, we always struggle in the 1500 women's.

Hiyo 1500M Women iliniumiza sana, yaani that Swedish winning in 4:02 when our young girl Faith has run 3:56 this year but I agree Obiri really impressed.

The 200M Women final will be a delight.....Obare-Ahoure-Allyson-Pryce!!!!

I am shocked at Nancy Jebet Langat's form - She can d
surely do better than that. its like they swapped places with Obiri.

However - at the end of the day we tie at no 2. with 3 golds, 3 silvers and i think 3 bronze

so far africa has 16 medals with kenya contributing 50% with eight medals Applause Applause ethiopia 5 nigeria 1 bostwana 1 and ivory coast 1.
will probaly come down to the mens marathon with mo taking 5000men ,defar 5000 women and kiprop 1500..

the 1500 ladies was very tactical, I thought the kenyans especially obiri was boxed in for the better part of the race and trying to move to the outside towards the home stretch proved a little bit hard - Faith is still young with some experience she might be the one to watch in the near future.

When running that 3.56,Faith was still second to Aregawi ,the Olympic gold last year was going to be Aregawi's until she tripped .Faith will have her day in the future ,for now there is a better athlete in the 1500.

unlike the olympics where things went haywire.
