Sharp reversal, zero supply.Where have all the sellers gone to overnight?

GOK came to the rescue last night

That is not rescue if I may tell you.It is mere advice on their distributorship and the suspension is on new registrations. The registered ones will still continue to import sugar on the guise that it is enroute to Uganda and dump it in the market or underdeclare it and dump it in the market with the aid of KRA officials. The management also benefit from the distributors.

I find this explaining todays jump

"Mumias’ 14-day relative-strength index fell to 14.1 yesterday, the lowest since March 2009, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. A level below 30 signals to some technical analysts that the stock is oversold and set for to climb. The RSI rose to 32.9 today.

Mgt has alot to do here including reducing the cost of production.

Had agreed with some trader before market open, to sell me this stock at 3.50(a good block) then when he got the info,he took off. Im sure he's going to come looking for me later. But i'll be gone.

According to report, titled The Implementation Status of the Comesa Sugar Safeguards Comesa Sugar Safeguards by the Ministry of Trade, the sugar industry may not survive in the face of a deluge of cheaper sugar imports from Comesa countries.
