Which is the ideal venture to invest in Kenya with a capital of KES 3.5M for someone who is not able to closely supervise or monitor this investment due to constant travelling. Not minding returns in either short term or long term?

You can buy 3 shares out of 12. 3 shares = 3 bedsitters= 1 No. 2 bedroomed unit. As Iron Sharpens Iron, So one Man Sharpens Another.

I've got a biz idea that you could look into if you're serious.
I've noticed that the motorcycle industry is booming and there are quite a number of couriers/people with those new motorbikes from Car and General. However, I'm yet to see an equivalent uptake in motorcycle boots.
Such boots have safety protection (EN13634) that protect the rider's feet from impact should they have some sort of collision. I got the idea when I saw a rider's feet and legs get run over on mombasa road (something you really don't want to witness).
Idea: Import such boots and re-sell them to couriers or motorcycle dealers. Problem is that they are quite expensive (15k-ish), so you can look into some sort of staggered payment for the boots. Or you could set up a plant here.
