@young - If I my intervene. I highly doubt the govt will sit by and watch the sugar industry collapse. It is very likely the industry will be bailed out. But until I smell that intention, I'm also not keen at the moment on this price crash. The signal will come with what they intend to do with the comesa sugar expiry safeguard window.

@young smile

My purchase of mumias at these levels is purely a price recovery play... Not a long term position as I plan to exit at 4.5bob for a cool & swift 25%

It currently reminds me of EA Portland at 32bob!

I come into some dollars in the very near future. I will take this bet on you.

Will a minimum of Kshs. 87,000 be good enough in your opinion?

Ok thanks @guru
I do not have such guts.
I am rather looking at Panafric, I have been
ignoring this pearl for too long when it was
in the 20s and 30s bob.
It is amazing it is perfectly okay both for
long term and speculation. The dividend yield
is very good. I think I was carried away by almigjty
Jubilee.
I need both counters in my portfolio. I hope
to get all before 65 bob as I forsee 100+ bob
plus 5 bob dividend next year which is quite
okay for me.
Panafric is a new revelation for me. I love
the south african link as south african are very
good in biz .

Greetings dear @hisah I do not have the zeal
to join as it may go either way or take a long
time to recover.
Just like you said there is no clear signal
of revovery plan .
My two cents. I am looking in the direction of
panafric and also hope the boss EABL will
drop further to position for future prospects.

If it is true that cost of production of sugar in Kenya is 3-4 times greater than the cost of production in Uganda and Tanzania, then the industry is headed for a serious crash.
Life is short. Live passionately.

@guru267, I must admire your daring and your decisiveness. An indicator of good fortune if ever there was one.

Please share what came of your EA Portland adventure and how long did it take?

After being dumped and fear littering the streets yesterday, what gives with MSC the next morning?
It seems @guru267 has made 10% in just 2 days.
