In Nyeri County, one man does not mind being called the 'kuku slayer' because it is this trade has helped him rake in some major cash. Doctor Thuo Mathenge runs a slaughterhouse that can handle 30,000 chickens daily, making it one of the biggest poultry institutions in the country and Africa at large. good news,,,but I saw a story Jana of how some youth in Nyeri have been sneaking into the hse of an 80 yr old woman and raping her at night ..the sight of this old woman struggling to walk was traumatizing..
If you are an eagle don't hang around with chickens; chickens don't fly....
