Psychology!

go get some 'techies' and install dummy cameras. At the same time make sure the poshomill operator see this and tell her not even try to tamper with them as they are your msema kweli.

That month you should see increase in revenue.

Running a posho mill is like running a matatu. If you are not there........

try this and you will agree its da only best way.
dedicate a day and be there when it opens take the meter reading of kplc then make sure all the maize being brought you weight it urself and calculate the charges urself.
make sure the attendant there just operate the machine on dat day all weighing and cash u handle urself.
at the end of the day take the kplc meter readings subtract from the morning readings and divide by the cash you have collected with this figure you get the cash expected per kplc unit used and dat it.
gud luck

@Halky,
If you start-stop a motor 10 times in an hour......and run the same motor continously for an hour,would you have the same power consumption?.....especially if the motor is 3-phase??......If the answer is negative,then your formulae can't give reasonable estimates.

Big mills can be fitted with a belt weigher.........i highly doubt it would be viable for my kind of ordinary poshomills.
