Is just me or safaricom is frustrating us with ''your Account is below threshold' even when *144# shows i have over 10 KShs.

Its now a month since i noticed This

If they cant take the congestion heat then they should as well 'get out of the kitchen'

What does congestion have to do with minimum balances? You are arguing about ksh 2/- your minimum (10/-) less Scon's stated minimum (8/-). Seen in this light,aren't you being a tad too petty?

When you are browsing,the system holds onto a minimum of 2MB worth of airtime to enable you finish browsing. If you decide to make a call or send sms before ending these internet connections (and you have about Kshs.16,which is the cost of 2MB),then the system interprets like you do not have sufficient funds to finish browsing and at the same time make a call. Hence the call would not go through.so end the connections first before trying to make a call. But if you have more than sh16,you should be ok.

@flowman umesaidika nini? Jus Blazin has talked about ksh 16,you were complaining about ksh 2. How has your congestion complaint been addressed?

Does my opinion that Safcon could be facing Congestion crisis leave such a bad taste in the reader's mouth?
