Can’t they upload company announcements in time!!!

and cant they name those company announcements they upload appropriately. ... i see on their webpage "Safaricom - Directorship changes" only to open and find its about sameer!!! Nkt!!! >>> https://www.nse.co.ke/listed-com...mpany-announcements.html

Nkt!!! Its midday and they still havent uploaded the following results that were released before market open;

>PanAfric 1H13
>TPS 1H13
>BOC 1H13

What to make of such a securities exchange!!! And this delays span to a long past!!! Very disgruntled!!!

I am not charged for this service BUT i had to subscribe to get the reports. I know of wazuans who get the same reports directly from NSE like i do.

have shared what i've got from the street. its very unfortunate that we have to rely on such methods to get info which nse should be disseminating

That is correct..... i got the results for panafric at 0916hrs, The scangroup announcement came alongside CBK prospectus for the 2yr and 10 yr bonds at 0905hrs.
TPSEA, BOC half year results were dispatched yesterday.
