Bride’s big day cut short by Nairobi
hitman
August 12, 2013 by JOSEPH MURAYA
POLICE-LINE NAIROBI Kenya, Aug 12 – A
woman who was set to get married this
week has been shot dead by unknown
assailants who also wounded her fiancé’s
brother.
The woman, her fiancé and his brother had
been shopping for her wedding scheduled
for Saturday when three gunmen
confronted them inside a shop at Corner
House, and pumped bullets into her head.
Central divisional police Chief Patrick Oduma
said the fiancé was unhurt and nothing was
stolen from them.
“This incident occurred at around 4pm whereby
the bride and the brother to the bridegroom had
come to buy a ring. The couple was set to marry
on Saturday at a church in Mathare North,” he
said.
“Unfortunately before they gave out money for
the ring they had identified, three men armed
with a pistol pounced in and shot the bride and
the brother to the bridegroom and immediately
left.”
The woman died instantly but her brother-in-
law was rushed to the Kenyatta National
Hospital after sustaining bullet wounds to the
head.
Police said they believe the attackers were on a
killing mission.
“We have launched investigations to why this
could happen in this manner. The intention was
not to steal,” he stated.
“According to us, this is a total assassination or
murder; we are going to follow up the matter
and bring to book whoever is involved.”

For now, let me assume the poor lady had jilted somebody. Too bad that that somebody had the IQ of a goat. RIP lady, a lesson to our ladies nevertheless.

That lady COULD...read that again COULD have been seeing someone else. That shooting is very suspicious.

Or maybe it was the man that's seeing someone else, getting rid of the competition anyone? Kuweni fair bana.
Anyhow, those two had been married for quite sometime, they had four kids ,so I highly doubt that's it.

Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. Don't let the problems eclipse the Master. Let the Master eclipse the problems.

It could be a case of "If I cant have her, then you will not" the bro-in-law was shot, could be a case of mistaken identity labda wanafanana sana
