What do you expect if the area produces iron ladies like Karua?This behaviour is rampant in the dove party zones.

So what's the motive behind highlighting this problem only when it occurs in one part of the country while ignoring it when it occurs in other parts of the country?

In the recent past many such cases have been reported from different parts of the country from KITALE to MARAKWET to UASIN GISHUUASIN GISHU to BARINGO to NAIVASHA and TAITA TAVETA. Why this selectivity?

Yesterday a neighbour came home and told me that the international press is telling these stories because they hate ......fill in the blanks.

I can see you are also questioning the motive like my neighbour.

The question you should be asking is why are people sleeping with animals?

What you are asking is "why is it that when people are sleeping with animals, they are being found out?"

That is a dangerous question because you are suggesting that people have always been sleeping with animals and its just that they've been found by the media who hates ......... fill in the blanks.
