there is a fallacy in play. sometime around AD 43 the Romans must have looked at the inhabitants of the isle of Great Britain as primitive and uncouth barbarians. due to the infusion of culture and many other things the inhabitants of that island had an empire that the sun did not set on some 2k years later. People tend to judge African by the last 400 years. in the grand scheme of things - that is nothing! nothing at all. Where are the Mongolians and their golden horde? they conquered most of Asia but dissipated. My friend time, peace and information flow is all it takes.
