If I were him, I would not bother marrying from home or raising my kids here.
The air is too contaminated for the lil ones plus heck talk about kenyan germs in the school bus,school seats,etc etc.
One can only be at peace with what they prefer and it's perfectly ok to dissuade them from coming home cz they end up becoming a burden to the people hosting them including family.
..esp if they border on OCD.
