Nyahururu property market

Anybody know an estate in Nyahururu called Suerra? Someone's selling an 1/8 for 800k. This quote makes sense anyone? What is the area like? Apparently it's like a Runda of Nyahururu?

Having lived in nyahururu, there is better value for your money in other estates in the town. Suera is far from town. Consider buying an eighth in Asian or Moi Estate which are nearer to town.
