Anybody in the know?

Maybe its time to implement the plan.

Are you implying that the fire was started by Freedom so that he can sell part of his land to the government and also develop Kiambu county?

Noooo @Mawinder.That was in 2010.

Secondly I dont know if he owns the mananasi land.

Thirdly duty ya kudevelop Kiambu County ni ya Kabufallo sio Man Freedom.

Weeee !My President cannot do that.

And honestly I think the idea is good given the proximity to the City.

Mombasa ,Eldy is far

Oh really? Moi built the Airport in LD because he had envisioned a disaster like this. That is the most ridiculous thing I have read in a long time.

I never said that

Not very near but close enough to see the runway, not pax.
Funny thing is,I haven't seen a plane land but few are lined for take off-boring skies.

In the country called Kusadikika, if they wanted to sneak in two hardcore drug lords and their drugs, they would burn down part of the airport to create confusion first.

Speck in mine, log in yours.....

Who's wearing political goggles now?

Isinya hakuna Super highway, and you have to drive through Mombasa Road which already handles JKIA traffic

WTF - the photo by @timuka shows the entire arrivals on fire.. How the hell can this happen and how did it get to that level??? Must be Sabotage..

Typical narrow minded African response, already looking to pass the buck. The more relevant question should be "where were the people in charge when the fire was spreading throughout the entir ebuilding"

I agree Obi, where was the emergency team, supposing it was a plane does it mean no one would have been saved? Now those who were thinking JKIA is close to perfect are seeing the flaws.

An international airport next to a military air base going up in flames... military guys should have put off that fire in an instance irrespective of the KAA's capacity... that airport should have been one of the military's most guarded assets... against fire or whatever!!!

There is no "Airbase" in Embakasi.
& JKIA is under the GSU & Airport Police.
What is the work of the Military again???
