Currently in Nanyuki checking out potential land to buy. Lots of opportunities, especially in the outskirts with numerous holiday homes initiatives coming up.

Near the upcoming Enaai golf course (near an area called juakali) prices range from 500k to 1m per acre.

Anyone with info on these areas kindly share with wazuans.

Bought 2 parcels of a quarter acre near the upcoming Enaai Golf Course going for 200k each. Prices vary from 150k-200k depending on proximity to the golf course. Inbox me on adrianmwai@yahoo.com and I will introduce you to the lady who sold me the parcels
