Shame on you Shame on you

reminds me of an incident in form 2, when our english lady teacher noticed a piece of broken mirror on the floor, on checking she noticed several other such pieces in different parts of the classroom, This would not have been a problem were it not for the fact that she used to go round marking our work. you can only imagine its use in a boys' school.

I remember one guy who used to keep an inventory of the different colours.

We spent the rest of that day splitting firewood for the school kitchen.

It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt...

Ours was worse in primary.Being a hilly place the latrines were constructed on a steep place thus we would wait for girls to come to the loos and we would peep from a lower ground which was bushy.Normally there was a big gap. That was the worst scandal that gained us entry into the Black Book."Kiama gia Thothi"that was the name of the group.

Boys and girls are shown this same picture but told different things.

Boys are told, "This is what will happen to you if you go to school."

Girls are told, "This is what will happen to you if you don't go to school"
