Me thinks this is a good strategy - In some countries the fines for traffic offences is more than the cost of a Vitz. if the lights have turned red no one will dare jump even at midnight when there is no other road user. The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem
