i have seen such a buildin in rongai. was mesmerized by the several bedsitters on an 1/8. they looked cute but dont know how one can get approval since it looks like a very dangerous place incase of emergency such as fire..

@obiero. Maybe they have included a fire escape in the design?

I did not see your post. I'd have gotten in touch for excavation. I have an excavation machine. I'd have sent someone to check it and quote for you. Kshs 130k is not unreasonable depending on the depth of cotton soil.


If I had known could have contacted you. This isnt the first nor the last. Next project.
