Hi Washiku!
I got another job exactly 3 weeks later. God has been good to me.
Long term I still want to get into business or something though. ...

@Kusadikika
Believe me, my boss was an ass. I worked in the same place for 6 years, but he managed to get me to quit in the 6 months he was there.
I have zero regrets.

if you got a job -a good job let say one month ago and then you get invited for another interview ..is there need to attend it?

Its only polite, if you had applied for the job, and since am assuming you would still be on probation, why not?? huenda they could offer you better terms...

woi,I found myself in a similar position a week into a new job.
The position was higher, terms better,I have never felt confused like I did.
Interview was slotted for friday,I turned it down with an excuse but the MD requested me to attend on a Monday.I cried.
Monday at 10.00 am it rained heavily and the office inviting me for interview was a walk away from my new job.
I excused myself for 2 hrs and used a panya route to go for the interview, got rained on mbaya sana even though I had an umbrella-ile rain ya side.
Upon arriving,I realised that I had left my cv/id on my desk but I managed to pass by security anyway.
I had left in a hurry, only had my house keys and phone.smh and I was going for a regional ... position.
But thank God because I had uploaded cv on email so I printed it from some office.
2 hrs later I was still waiting for interview cz the MD was in a meeting with clients.
All this time I was praying that someone I know doesn't walk in-mtaka vyote hukosa vyote.

To be honest I felt like God was begging me to stop being greedy and settle for what He had given me first before He can elevate me.

I had to apply wisdom and so after much soul searching, beating myself, deliberating, comparing, comforting myself and praying,I stood up, excused myself again and left for office.

The MD later called and I told him the truth.
I had felt like the hyena.

I love my job...but I think we all have that nagging thing in the background that tells us there's so much more out there waiting for us...and I don't mean another job...I mean the opportunity to express yourself and make money while at it. But I think we all have that fear...the fear of the unknown.

interesting. How is it coming along, Three Months down the Line?

Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.

Hey guys, so I'm back for more advise.
Remember the job that I quit a few months ago? Well, my former boss is head hunting me (No, not the evil one who made me quit).
I just received a call that they want me back on new terms. What do you guys think? Is it ever a good idea to go back to an old job? I'm all kinds of confused.
