i have seen such a buildin in rongai. was mesmerized by the several bedsitters on an 1/8. they looked cute but dont know how one can get approval since it looks like a very dangerous place incase of emergency such as fire..

I did not see your post. I'd have gotten in touch for excavation. I have an excavation machine. I'd have sent someone to check it and quote for you. Kshs 130k is not unreasonable depending on the depth of cotton soil.


If I had known could have contacted you. This isnt the first nor the last. Next project.

Please upload the photos again and make the size at least 640x380 pixels so that we can see the details. Meanwhile what are dimensions of each bed seater and 1bdrm? How much rent are you anticipating from the two kinds of rooms?
