The investment planning process is more complex than this and getting the best investment objective isnt easy due to the limited information:-
How do we classify your needs?
(i) maximising future growth
(ii) protecting the real value of capital
(iii) generating an essential level of income
(iv) protecting against future events

So amongst this what do u want?

From there then we can know what strategy to use...
if its;
(i) Income
(ii) Income and growth
(iii) Growth
(iv) outright growth

Think about this first....

What is wrong with you. @Maka offers advise you would Pay for elsewhere and this is your response?

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

If you already have information on rents, you're halfway there. All you need to do know if figure out all the costs associated with putting up structures on those pieces of land and getting tenants, and then determine the payback period of your investment based on the rental income. Then decide if the rental income you may be able to get afterwards matches your objectives.

I dont think its as easy as people make it thats why professional wealth managers collate your every detail since we have varying objectives and expectations...thats why they need to know your personal details, health status, details of family and dependants, details of occupation, earnings and other income sources, estimates of your present and anticipated outgoings, assets and liabilities, any pension areangements...etc
what is your attitude to risk is it cautious, moderate or adventorous....
There is also time horizon and stage in life some of us are in.our 20s we can afford to loose some bit of money here and there thats not the case say with a guy whose 60 or 70...
Most of this info is private you cant jst paste it here...

Whilst @Am's post was chastising, it was in no way abusive or idiotic.

Well if this is your only source of income then you fall under the category where capital preservation is important. This means that you cannot be tooo aggressive.
Maka gave you a list of considerations some of which cannot be dealt with in an open forum. I suggest you trade emails and takeit from there.

I have no problem with Maka, This figure called ''Am'' used an abusive un-proffesional language when he replied asking me ''What is wrong with me'' would`nt anybody be aggresive at that ???

I there is any lesson to be learnt here is, keep a cool level head, moreso when you want something.... for free! All these accusations and counter accusations, where have they led you? Who is the looser? Do you have what it is you wanted? Now imagine you would have just bit your tongue... #tafakariyababu

Build stone shops on the 120by130 plot, 12 of them at a cost of about 500K and rake in 30K every month, the balance of 300K build greenhouse and do farming on your land.
