I passed through this place in the morning today and found the contractor busy marking the road for bumps. I shook my head when I saw them marking one on Ring Road Kileleshwa and asked myself what dimwits we have for Road Engineers. A bump on that road means daily traffic jams which is what the road the new road is supposed to ease in the first place. I passed through there this evening and the bumps had been erected on Ring Road Kileleshwa just after turning from Arboretum drive. Guess what? The traffic was big. Is someone thinking in reverse? These bumps are not sustainable.

Someone once said that the erection of speed bumps is an indication of failure if other traffic management measures.

This ones have caused a mess. I would not rate the road as a speed road. It is curvy and the distances between junctions too short for speeding.

Wacha bumps ziwekwe. We have lunatics on the road. And some could be speeding especially coming down from the riverside-ring road kileleshwa junction towards the aboretum junction.

Haven't you noted how close some of the estate gates are to this road? I understand there has been a few accidents already ......people getting into and out of these estates.

Many Kenyans drive too fast even in some areas where they should not and they have to be controlled.

Most of the kenyan drivers are mentally challanged this can be supported by the decisions and action they make on the roads.
