GTB is the biggest and most profitable bank in Nigeria and has now joined the EAC banking sector by acquiring 70% of Fina Bank.

It will be the 3rd Nigerian Bank after Ecobank and UBA. What do the Wazuans think on this acquisition?

If I recall correctly, @Mwekezaji had mentioned this deal sometime back...

Looks like another Nigerian loss maker enters the market...they will never recover what they spent on Fina.
