a company with an advertisement that is misleading/confusing the viewers can be sued for damages...
in this case,i don't how your were misled...
in the famous case of carlill v carbolic smoke ball co.,the co. was found guilty of an offense of misleading the viewers... i don't know if that can be used against 'always...'
