Successive governments have totally ignored the issue of mental health. Fellows committing these acts can't be mentally okay. We have very many mentally unstable individuals walking in our midst. The problem is that most people imagine wazimu ni kutoa nguo tu!

The government needs to do something about mental health - especially early detection of mental instability/illness during routine hospital visits.
