Is it true or hot air?The headline this morning claims that CGS Kianga is quiting the position while Gen Ali is returning to Military from the police. The Hague...or Local Triburnal ama TJRC.

How? Ali is a retired General. In military you don't return from retirement unless in war as a reserve. ili iwe funzo...

Nairobi Star is an irrelevant publication trying to catch our eyes with alarmist headlines.... They go on to say that Kianga is expected to retire(quit in the headlines) mmmhhh talk of putting the cart before the horse. They go on to say that the Defence Council is expected to make this recomendations to the CIC. Three-quarters of that story is talking about Philip Ransley and the Number 1 Board not mentioning the big gaps in between and the unnecessary conjunctions therein.
