Hello Everyone
I’m 5 years old in Wazua but registered this account for this fund raising activity only.

I’m the CEO of a Nairobi-based FMCG company in operation since January 2011 that broke even in June 2011.

The profits have been steadily growing year on year just as has been the customer base, experience, market reach and products knowledge.

The company imports and retails fast moving consumer goods, in a potentially rich but yet to be well exploited industry.

The company is thus aiming to increase its working capital in order to maximize on the opportunity at hand.

In this regard, we’re looking for investors who are willing to invest at least Kes 100,000/- in our business for a guaranteed return of 36% p.a Return on Investment plus the Principal.

That is, you invest 3, 000,000 in January and your investment will be worth 4,080,000 by December.

The dividends are payable monthly, quarterly, half- yearly or yearly.

The advantages of investing in us through this avenue are-
1. Competitive rate of returns much in excess of traditional bank products
2. No transaction charges
3. No entry or Exit fees
4. No ledger fees
5. No management fee
6. Professional management
7. Minimum amount of |Kshs. 100,000
8. Minimum top up amount of Kshs. 50,000
9. Flexible interest payment of monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis
10. Principal is insured
11. Investment with one of the fastest growing companies in Kenya
12. Chance to be considered for shareholding
13. Monthly statement issued

All potential investors are welcome.

The offer is open to and not limited to individuals, corporates, chamas, and investment groups.

Come one, Come all.

@heavent sent.....since you've break-evened, why dont you re-invest your profits since they are also increasing?Isn't 36% too much to be giving away?

Heaven sent you dont need a new account/username to request for funds. If you have been around for 5 years why dont leverage on the little trust accrued by the virtue? that alone makes you suspicious. 36% is high as others point out why not take a bank loan an pay much lower than 36%?. What was the bottom line in the past year?

@heavensent what kind of scam are you pulling here? working capital needs are very specific... You don't just wake up one morning and invite the whole world to invest in your working capital needs without stating your needs especially if its for import!!

Will you need 100k or do you need 10billion???? BE SPECIFIC!!

At least even the dumbest con artists know to state the amount they need when asking for a loan! Shame on you Liar Shame on you

@MUkiri, you don't have to deal in 'pharmaceuticals' to make good returns on your investments. If some one knows how, you better first listen and evaluate the business before you raise an uninformed accusatioon.
Ours is a 100% legal business, registered and fully compliance with the laws of Kenya.

@ bird_man, thank you for your comment.

So far, we're actively reinvesting the profits back into business.

Still, as much as it has been increasing, we're not able to raise the working capital that will see us satisfactorily serve the customer demands.

Thus, for the same reason as safcom did the IPO, we aim to raise our working capital using the model stated in my first post.

36% ROI will only be given to the early adopters after which it'll be revised downwards.

@MoneyMonger I needed a new account because I’m posting on behalf of the company, the 5 year old one is personal thus a need to split the two.

However, since in this fund raising phase I’ll be meeting several interested wazuans, I’ll reveal to them my username.

Of course trust is key in this process. That's why my company will provide all the details required by the interested parties.

That includes, but not limited to, the company’s audited accounts for 2011 and 2012, memorandum and articles of association, financial projections for 2014 and 2015 and this year’s management accounts.

The company has been running since January 2011 and has a physical presence in Nairobi’s CBD and does business in Kenya,DRC Congo, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, South sudan and Ethiopia.

We don’t intend to take a bank loan due to the hidden charges, low possibility of bank asking to be a shareholder and since it’s mostly only limited to the value of collateral you can obtain.

Our bottom line for last year is 568,990/-

1. Please be encouraged. Where there is a will...
2. The only reason why you inform us that you are a senior wazuan is to gain wazuans trust. You stand to gain more by peeling back the mask and using your usual wazua ID.
3. How about a mail to wazua@googlegroups.com
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.
