It is much more difficult to fire or demote blacks and other protected minorities. The most frightening case of misdiagnoses I ever heard of was pronounced by a black ER doctor in a northern VA hospital. In nearly 7 yrs working in Africa I saw absolutely horrifying levels of incompetence at every level of Govt and in the professions. Many of these people were educated in the US or in the UK (aid grants) and were given degrees regardless of grades. So, Miss Coulter is not being irrational at all just politically incorrect. Which, of course, is worse than being a murderer." Are you kidding me? I have been to three TOP institutions in USA, I am black and I have never heard of "special exams for Blacks" You mean they'll teach all races in the same class but when it is time to take exams, black students are given a different exams from the rest of the students? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! Jguru, I don't know how much knowledge you have in healthcare, misdiagnoses? there are thousands of misdiagnoses every year, it touches all races and all genders, there is no know metric that shows any specific gender or race tend to misd, so you are obviously a bigot. Incompetence in African governments and professions has nothing to do with education, it is the culture ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".
