Looks like a hit, if the current property prices hold and economic expansion continues at pace. The management looks capable of delivering but it's intended for high end investors not the retailers with issue in denomination of 1 million.

Where did you get this because it's a restricted issue plus it's already closed? Do you have any more like this one but for retail guys around 500,000/=

1. There are multiple threads of persons looking for investment options.
2. The offer is not closed. The timetable was amended.
3. There are many more like this but information is not public. I received this in may but could not share because of the conditions attached, but now I can share as the information is readily available in there website (intended or otherwise).

Very impressive. Hotels have good returns. Way to go. Am willing to team up with persons with the accounting/financial knowledge to come up with such.My wish is to transform this

http://a4architect.com/d...topic/joint-investment/

into such a semi REIT or full REIT in future.

I have a few issues with the servicing of the debt it will pegged on the cashflows from the only hotel /property they have...the hotel itself has an occupany of below 75% at the moment...ummmh whereas a sovereign issuer does not de facto have to pledge any specific security when it borrows in the capital markets relying on the full faith and credit of the sovereign, this guys have to give a suitable security to support their borrowing bana....their equity sweetener isnt the best...thats my take...
