In a case that will be discussed for many centuries to come, a white man has been acquitted over the shooting of a black teenager. Although George Zimmerman is the one who shot Trayvon Martin dead, it took 44 days to arrest him and now the judges have delivered a not guilty verdict.
Closer home, memories of the Tom Chomdley case are still fresh in the minds of Kenyans.

Do Black People and African-Americans Have the Equal Rights as White People? I know most of you will think otherwise but the judges were right to pass that verdict... We Africans have serious inferiority complex issues, Me I thought the guy was of Aryan blood,he is Hispanic who are despised as much as Africans and then I have read the case summary. The prosecution did a very shoddy job... Just coz the guy was acquitted we have looked for a racial angle... the prosecution witnesses contradicted themselves 23 times possunt quia posse videntur

Surely @chepkel does people go shooting any new dude in the block! It was not compound, it was gated community (just like our gated Estates), where he was the watchman that night (whatever fancy name they want), where the boy was staying temporarilly. Staying means he was already a resident there for a while!! Again the boy did not force, the entry to the compound  Police already say the boy was not armed. I wonder how he got himself bleeding in the nose, claiming the boy attacked him, when he had the gun, and he already shot him in the chest at close range??? wikipedia

the dead tell no tales...so we seem to speak for the dead guy, even when he might have been on the wrong but because he was black, now the black lobby groups are trying to work the black Americans emotions...the judge am sure listened to both side of stories and isn't the verdict passed by a Jury??? You cant win, unless you first begin....

Yes. A jury arrived at that verdict. The major reason for acquittal is not because Zimmerman did not kill the black boy; it is because the defense "convinced" them that he was acting in self-defense.
This is appalling because when you look at the order of events, the self-defense line is just a spin. The black kid was not even armed. The Zimmerman guy inflicted an injury (or injuries) on himself to fabricate the story that he was attacked! Therefore, he is a liar who took advantage of the fact that the prosecution did not prepare a good case against him, Live Full Die Empty - Les Brown.
