Me and my brother recently had a long talk and since we are both earning almost similar amounts monthly, we decided to form a company and be contributing a certain sum each month. The company is to deal in plots, rentals and stocks (when the index is 3500 or lower). We intend the company stays unregistered until we get a major investment. Apart from drafting a business plan and an agreement, what else should we do?...none of us has prior experience in running a company. I am learning a management course online to help me in running the company

good start. no one is born with experience. however, you must have an idea of why you started the company otherwise you may end up being one amongst the number who simply have company names but no operations, cash flow.. etc which actually form the firm

As stated...the sole purpose of the company is to invest in land, rentals and shares. Sources of cash is the monthly contribution from our personal hustles.
