I've always thought @ Shak is a socket (hence the daughter was talking about Mr. Shak) so just wondered if the unspoken mind-in-gutter reaction was sth like ' How did you know?'....

@kirita, you are right. I was in the living room at the time. My daughter walked to the bedroom where he was at the time then a while later i heard her say that. I was like, what the ??!

Just Seen this somewhere;

The treasury has proposed and drafted a bill to be tabled in parliament to slap 16% VAT on basic commodities such as: Sanitary towels, wheat flour, rice, bread,domestic electricity bills, journals, periodicals, computers, computer softwares, landing and parking for aircrafts, water drilling services, maize flour, processed milk etc which were formerly exempted from tax.
Lobby groups have launched a campaign dubbed NO UNGA TAX, to petition MPs to protect the low income earners.
To sign this petition flash this number; 0708318318 toll free.
If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Hehehe...u rem someone saying at the Magigi's poetical thread that "u av to pay for this thing in one way or the other' maybe the 16% tax now makes sense in that context.

@ essyk. Greenhouse must be interpreted in light of this two threads along with the one where one wazuan built a very nice green house only to put it on sale coz he/she had not factored the fact that water would be needed Laughing out loudly

Some words do.

I called a tout 'Ndumakuwili' -from the snakes in sand thread,Must have been Rankaz who used it.
The tout had called my friend 'chakula cha mbwa' cz she passed by his mat without entering.

Sure thing.
