My 8 year old when younger once asked me '...dadi dadi, unaona Jimmi Gathu ako na yake, jee wewe una yako?..' ... i asked her nini and she replied '..acha kujifanya si unajua ni nini..' hapo hapo i called the mother nimuulize what toi waches on TV.

Mum! mum! auntie anakunywanga ile dawa ya mama ameshika katoto every Sunday. Anakuanga mugonjwa wapi?.Laughing out loudly " it a family planning pill" The girl could not take it and disappeared very fast.

You've probably heard of this before: A lady was hosting some friends and relatives at home. She served them some drinks then excused herself to take a shower. As she was busy oiling her skin before dressing up, her then 4-year old daughter abruptly walked into the bedroom. She shooed away the youngster and proceeded to dress up. Meantime, kiddo rushes over to the living room where all guests are silently watching the telly and loudly asks one of her aunts, "Auntie...auntiee...kwani mum ako na vichwa mbili?"
Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

When BravletA was young she used to have issues pronouncing
'K' was 'T'
'D' was 'B' e.g. Nduta was called Mbutai

I've ever said this One day the mother was sitting at the car's driver seat, "my seat" according to her and since she was protective of me and my stuff she was shouting at her mum to the amazement of onlookers "Mum shuta!!! Mum shuta!!! Mum shuta!!! shuta twa dari ya dadii.."

Coming back from usual places we go on weekend... It was a chilling day. The young one asked for icecream. My wife told him that it's cold for icecream. But he had a better suggestion... he said "We buy a warm one" d'oh! Applause Laughing out loudly

I've never laughed like that day!

We felt embarassed for laughuing at him... So I explained why icecream is called icecream. Ile ingine ni uji...
