Defensive driving?
With a gun at your head at your gate and drunk?
You must be .....

Wachana na defensive driving or defensive anything.

A .45 automatic beats a 10th Dan Black Belt or Tai Chi every day of the week.

If a Gachie Ninja points a pistol at your head and says Leta Gari, kindly but urgently, get out, give him the keys, run and don't look back.

Don't argue with guns or try to be "clever" like we do on the roads driving on the right.

Even a guy with a knife is very dangerous. One stab and he kills you.

And again luck plays a very big part

Someone said that thugs dont like manuals, apparently most of this young kids cant drive them. On the other hand maybe autos would be ok, at least if they jack you chances are they will take off and leave you intact.

Luck or prayers will not help you when there are 3 guys after your car, one with a .45, the other with an AK47.

Isn't your life more valuable than your car?

I once met a lady who was a distributor for EABL. As she closed her biashara one evening, just a few meters from her shop, robbers accosted her. One of them pointed a gun at her, Leta Pesa. She said NO. They repeated Mama Leta Pesa, she said NO. They shot her, picked the bag of money that she had dropped, and walked off.

What is this now?

Getting fatally shot over a bag of money with about 200K yet she had a business worth more than 50 million?
Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

By the time your car is being stolen, there is already a market for it or it's parts. It takes about 30 minutes for a chop shop in Kariobangi to dismantle the doors, side-mirrors, tyres, mataa yote, even engine. It takes 4 hours for your car to be in TZ.

Even those Wahindi garages in Industrial Area are notorious for handling stolen cars and car parts. I hear these Wahindis have underground garages where the signals for your car trackers cannot penetrate the concrete walls, so they strip your car of every sellable car part in peace and quiet.

Toyotas I would NOT touch with a 10 foot pole. It's like driving in a coffin.

@jguru surely???
The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

My guess is he knows what car @Imp drives...

N/B IMP, noun 1. a little devil or demon; an evil spirit. 2. a mischievous child
