The report is not representative. It covers neighbourhoods where most UN international staff live.

The only disadvantage I have noticed ni kukosewa heshima by guards in estates.

Whenever I go visiting in my car they interrogate me and only open the gate after am through with filling the book but nikiomba ya jirani a Premio , they salute me and usher me in with a smile. All they need to know is the house number am going to.

In big hotels am told to park outside wataniangalilia.

As for traffic cops..............
