I have since forgotten Wendzlet is allergic to gluten so i am looking for options... like making baking flour and use for home baking. Cassava will be an important ingredient....I might just carry some home baked cupcakes for the next mbuzi for sampling . Bado u do these things? I thought you had finished hii biachara ya kumanufacture @wendlez! hata nikitaka siwesmake.... machine became obsolete decades ago.... Ni wendzlet wakubwa... ama hao wanaitwa aje? Viwendzlets? While growing up in the village many years back I used to see older boys eating lots and lots of cassava three days prior to a vIllage dance that was held once every four months. I came to learn that cassava was kambas aphrodisiac...it was meant to manufacture ingredients that were to be passed on to the girls...to attack them violently with love. I left the village for my high school before I could eat cassava three days prior to a dance... How I wish...long live cassava...

Thank you for that insight... the sampling offer during the Mbuzi has been withdrawn indefinitely.

Wendz wrote:Where can one get Cassava flour in Nairobi? When I was in school a few years ago, I was taught that cassava has been implicated in causing diabetes mellitus. It contains trace amounts of cyanide which gradually kills the cells of the pancreas. check the link below http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linamarin

Kudos @Wendz for taking care of your family. My wife makes her uji (porrige) blend with mixture of Cassava, millet, sorghum, and maize... I take this concoction every evening when I'm home early You can go to Kikosh, the rear streets where they have posho-mills and order your choice. They'll "flour" the mixture together for you.
