@lyra You are right cause the things like constant fights and arguments do affect kids psyschologically and they could end being .....,the fact that he's not bothered to chip inn for the upkeep shows how irresponsible he is. In that case keep the kids for yourself and you can deny him access even to see them cause of what use is he? He maybe the father but he's not a Dad,cause dads assume responsibility of their offsprings. Trust me you've got nothing to loose and there are better people out there whom you'll enjoy life with take things one step at time and you'll be fine Jay
