My GrandPa has this land boundary controversy since1970's.
what I understand is our neighbor who used to be rich managed to bribe land officers in Nyeri office. This resulted to the boundary being compromised for that long. The case has been ongoing without a predictable time when it will ever be concluded.
Conclusion of that case will be the best satisfaction to my Grandfather. He is 86yrs and of late kind of poor health. The best I can do is take responsibility hoping I will succeed.
Where should I start?

Don't you take it from where where the case Ilifika?

..Ultimately. You need to Grease the Local Chief with enough oil and go to sleep. In the Morning the Boundary will be to your favor.

Unfortunate, but that is how these things work.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Provincial administration had been involved to DO level.
The problem seems land surveyor department in Nyeri.
How can you explain differing boundary line from same office while done by different surveyors over the years. Mind you the map is always the same. I'm enquiring how to get independent professional services from land's office.

Following, the lands office seems to be the bedrock of corruption in Kenya

There is corruption but land offices is extreme. I do hope those responsible are aware.
But sounds more than terrible a case has been dragging in since 1970's even before many if us were born and no end on sight

First of all, you can sue the State for taking extra long to resolve this case, stating that the Lands Office interferred with the due process.

Email me chepkel25@gmail.com I will send you to someone who can help.
