@guru I have been telling you JS was not fired and he was not incompetent. Numbers don't lie, let's wait for numbers over the next few weeks and you will realize what I am saying.

Hahaha where is deal poa? With price controls kk can take 10yrs to make the loss they made,puma must be happy for not sealing the deal,any buyout a time like this will be a throw away.even if they report a profit..its not a buy for me

The Puma Offer was made to the majority shareholders when the info for 1H 2012 was already available to Puma. so how would that be a surprise? And Puma would have had a Due Diligence period with warranties. They used the DD period & even extended it.

@miennyma - It's about price. At the AGM, the Transaction Adviser said it came down to price. It's similar to what some shareholders [not the majority shareholders] are saying about Access. They refuse to tender the shares based on the price of 14/-.
