but seriously - why did they not do the drill at 1600 - then they would realise the real need to build an overpass from Nyayo Stadium to Westlands - if it were a real accident - ambulances might get there in at least 10 minutes but the return leg might be pretty long - even with sirens blaring and lights flashing - I recall once the VP trying to INCH through with his motorcade...

A few years back,I n my colleagues were almost calling it a day when a breaking news caption appeared on the CNN screen,ati sijui an airliner crashes on the approach at JKIA killing 170 soldiers....They really got punked n I can recall they were demanding an apology 4their nonsense!

Can silence be misquoted?
