Kplc claim to have stopped the power rationing programme yet they routinely cut power between 6 pm and 7.30. I'm getting quite pissed. Why don't they just say that they're still rationing power but on a different schedule?

i belive most of nairobi is currently experiencing a power blackout. how some things are repeatedly allowed to occur in the capital is beyond belief.

Sounds like a country-wide blackout. Some issues are only peculiar to kenya
If you cant dazzle them with brilliance,baffle them with bullshit.
