In this devolution era, that is "entertainment budget" allocation for the Governor's office for some county governments. They can easily buy and set up liaison offices while in Nbi to meet with the Central Govt!

A client is looking to buy 2 Acres along Waiyaki way. Do you have any? So far the response am getting form agents is in the tune of 400m an acre. Surely, Nairobi land costs are up through the roof. This is a 100% annual land value increase. Looks like Uhuruto Govt is attracting alot of foreign investors.

As a matter of fact these plots have rightly been valued by private firms.The buyer will not cough out any brokerage fee because I will link them to the owners.
I had 3/4 acre along Waiyaki way asking 300M. If your clients are interested please confirm.
