How to change names in Kenyan Passport

Hi wazua

I am thinking of changing my names in teh passport, would someone please let me know how to go about it? what is the turn around time?

What reasons could make you change your names? This is commonly associated with fraudsters and con artists.

There exist legal ways of changing names like:
1. Conversion from one faith to another
2. Marriage
3. Deed Poll

Its only for these reasons that one can change their name(s).

none. that is why s/he has gone to supreme court for interpretation!!

On a different note....How about changing signature in one's ID. Kuna Mtu amestudy yangu for a long period of time and I'm fearing he might fake it....

Just rechecked mine, is one tiny line that can't be placed!!!

For Audrey, the facts of her/his birth remain facts on her certificate of birth: born to specified parents/date/with specified sex. These cannot change.

i know what you mean, my point is i guess the process would be same for fraudsters, audrey mbugua and myself so back to my request i just need to know what it entails to change my name on my passport

How now......I have 3 official signatures.....depends on the transaction at hand!!!!
