Churchill, the other 'comedians', and most Wazuans are all speaking the same language, and saying the same thing; 'More money for myself, especially considering my special position'.

Debate is on who is identifying with who. 'Wimbi la maneno na kelele'.

So, ladies and gentlemen, how much would you want Churchill to pay these guys so that they dont seem lowly paid? Let us be specific. How much is too little/too much?

in a way they contribute to success of the churchill show and should therefore be compensated better. probably 30% of viewers would not tune in if Ticha Wanjiku or Eric Omondi left the show. Just saying.

Let's be serious for a moment.

The show is called churchhill live. It was made famous by bwana Ndambuki. He's also the very same fellow who managed to get a contract with a huge company like nation.

Hao wengine ni wafanyi kazi.

Why do employees think that they deserve to get the same rewards as the risk taker in a venture? This is not a churchill syndrome either. It's in each and every company.

Churchill took a big risk when no one wanted to touch comedy. He's given those comedians HUGE exposure.

In fact, they should be paying him for being on TV. We know most of them aren't even funny and they should be saying mea culpas for boring us to death and getting paid for it.

Sure he could pay more, but it isn't a right that is huge enough to do a social media campaign to promote Kenyan Kona.

You have hit the nail on the head.
They should actually pay him for advertising their talent Applause Applause

I will say for the young turks (A.K.A Ayeya, Sleepy Davy and the likes) 10K per show and additional 10K if its aired on NTV.
The better your jokes, the more shows you get.

For the established ones (MC Jessy, Tr. Wanjiku, Erick Omondi etc) they negotiate kivyao, for them they can't lala njaa with or without Churchill.

@dunkang. where do you get off telling other men what they should be paying their employees?
