The Hero (hosted by The Rock) just proved to be one of the best reality series I have watched this year. Got to give a thumbs up to the brains behind the show.

Also liking "Naked and Afraid"...throw a man and a woman in some jungle/island for 21 days no food, no clothes, no shelter....
