Kweli kabisa. Despite his failings elsewhere, I laud him most for the PEPFAR initiative that really helped a lot of our citizens and still does to this day despite what some would have you believe. Of course, my pocket is in agreement too!!

Where 'might' is the operative word. It seems like it's coming a bit too late in the day, I wish he'd commenced it in his first term. All the same, we shall wait and see.
