Dear Investors,

Need you advise.

I bought Scan Group shares during IPO, ahd many accounts to 'maximize' on allocation. Somehow one of the accounts which I had registered jointly with my househelp at the time was not immobilized and now I have a share certificate.

I now need his ID and signoff to immobilize and sell the share. The guy has refused and so far amenikula 4k for transport/send me copy of his I.D.

Need to sell these shares for the money? What do I do.

How do you plan to get the cash from him after he sells HIS shares ?

Best thing here is. You have the certificate, he has the ID.
Negotiate with him, you will have to give him some of the shares(cash)
I think that the only way.

Now..if he's not very literate...mpeleke pale CID headquarters then have his fingerprints taken. In the process ya hio confusion chukua kitambulisho and make the necessary moves. As for the relative...pay him/her kitu kidogo tu...you used them u know?

I tried negotiating, the guy told he wanted 40K. The bit about my rela is that my rela is in the same fix as i am with the same guy. So The guy demanded 40K upfront as he was not guaranteed that we would pay him once we had sold.

Soon after is when he said that we send him transport chums for him to come to NBO we discuss. He never came and did not refund the chums. He has since chabnged his mobile number.
